two of the burners went out
the burners were located underneath the glass top, but i had no instructions on how to remove the glass top, so i spent an hour taking every screw off. finally i realized the glass top lifts off from the front then the repair became super easy. hard part was replacing all the screws, lol

clock overlay tore and clock assembly fell backwards into range
I'm a woman that's very comfortable with tools, and this project took me about 3 hours because I worked slowly and meticulously. I first searched online for instructions and diagrams to disassemble the range top (which you provide on your site!); took the range top apart; disassembled gas cylinders; removed the clock assembly and found that the plastic "hinges" on the case "face" broke and that's why the clock assembly fell behind the stovetop. This piece is not available separately, so you have to purchase the entire electronic clock control assembly which is over $200. My clock control works perfectly, so I removed the clock overlay; cleaned the icky's off of everything; adhered the new clock overlay and then "McGyver-ed" the overlay case "face" back to the assembly with electrical tape, in a beautiful, not obvious way, and put it all back together. Re-hooked the gas and power and voila! It works! Cleaned up my mess and made some hot tea before bed. Now I can bake some cookies this weekend ?! Thanks for this site and the parts you offer! I'm a happy customer!!!

Broken Hinges On Oven Door.
I had already removed the old hinges by removing the screws/bolts and removing the broken hinges from the back side through the drawer below the oven that I had already removed. Took the new hinges and screwed the two metal screws into the top hole on the new hinges after placing hinge in vise, one screw on each then removed them and placed them to the side. Determined the right tap from my tap set, and then tapped the bottom two holes on the new hinges, one on each. Placed the bolts that came with the new hinges into the holes I had just tapped, screw them in, then I removed them and placed to the side. Took hinges and bolts / screws to the oven, inserted hinges in through the drawer that I had removed up to each side where hinges would come back out to the front of the oven. Placed screws / bolts one at a time through oven door frame into the hinge on the back side, and then threaded them into the hinges and tightened. Replaced oven door onto new hinges and checked for correct operation. Door works like new.
