Failed control panel

Do yourself a favor and order this part from someone else. I ordered and was shipped the wrong part twice. And the last order #23392235 I was sent a return label were I had to pay to ship it back !!! I have tried calling to talk to someone and cant get anyone to answer a phone. I know this will not be posted but hoping someone reads this and sends me a return label were i dont have to pay to return it. Lights flashing on the selections and nothing but the cancel button working

Take the 6 torx screws loose and pull down the face. Pop out the bi-metal fuse that is in the current board. Unhook the wires attached. Pop out the old board. Attach the wires to new board. Put the bi-metal fuse back in the board. Re-attach the face on the dishwasher. Be sure to unplug from the outlet before starting. When finished plug dishwasher back in. This fixed my problem. Control panel just stopped working

Since the control panel is an all-in-one "plug and play" item, it is as straightforward as removing the torx head screws on the inside of the door, disconnecting and removing the old panel, plugging in and reinstalling the new panel, and buttoning up all the screws. A few notes: 1) The replacement panel's mating surfaces are slightly different than the original's so it took a little study and wiggling to get it seated; 2) There are two different lengths of torx head screws that hold the door panels/part together - the longer ones hold the control panel on, the shorter ones simply keep the door panels together; 3) When you pull the control panel screws, the handle unit will likely fall on the floor if you're not careful - don't sweat it, it can only go back on one way so you'll figure it out easily enough.
