My right back burner knob will not stay on. Is there supposed to be a “D clip” in the shaft of the knob? Or what do you think I need? Thanks!
For model number GLGF389GBE
Hi Debra, thank you for the question. According to our research, there is no D clip on the shaft of the knob. You may need to replace the Control Knob, part number PS1991531. If the issue remains, then replacing the Burner Valve, part number PS1991935, may fix the problem. If you need help placing an order for it, please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
