Top oven will not heat. Lower oven works i swapped thermostats and heating element between the the lower and upper. My lower oven worked even after swapping parts between them. Terminal block on the rear looks to be ok. Wires are not burnt and are tight.Whats left?? is this a control circuit board issue??. if i order a circuit board and it does not fix the issue can i return the part??

Lower oven works well. Upper oven never heats. Tested element and temp probe and they test good. Terminal block is good. Wires are tight. Is this a relay cntrl board issue? How to test this without spending $344.00 to see if this fixes the problem

Hello Dave, thank you for your question. If the element and temp probe were tested but the upper oven never heats the issue would be with a relay board or electronic control board. Unfortunately, we do not have the information on testing each board.
