When using the cook top burners: Many times to light the burners we have to use a lighter. Some burners ignite and work, while others do not. Today all burners ignite and work. When turning the burner knob it will click always, but not always burn. Any thoughts what to check ??

Hello Sammy, Thank you for your inquiry. Researching the model number that you have provided, it could be an issue with the spark igniter on the burner, or the spark igniter switch. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Good luck with your repair.
As soon as you plug the cookbook in, all knitters start clicking. When you light the back right burner the whole thing functions properly. Turn the back right burner off and they all start clicking again. Could it be i have one bad igniter switch (back right control knob)?

Hello Jay, thank you for your question. The issue is probably a bad spark module PartSelect Number PS8737287. We would recommend replacing that part first. I hope this helps!

One burner will spark continuously anytime it is not lit. Sometimes a burner on the opposite side will spontaneously turn off. Should i start by replacing the module? Do i get access to the faulty part by lifting the hob from the cabinet?
For model number SGSX304CS
Hi Gil, thank you for your question. There are a couple of parts to check in this case. First you should check your burner electrode. Then you should take a look at your igniter switches/harness. If those parts are fine then you may have to look into your spark module being the issue. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
