The freezer works fine but the fridge part will only get to about 45 degrees what would be causing this problem? Thanks
For model number Er2chmxpl02
Hello Carl, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: post-damper control assembly, temperature control thermostat assembly, defrost timer, defrost thermostat, cycling thermostat, evaporator fan motor. You can test the parts with a multimeter. Hope this helps!

I checked everything you listed seem like they are all working, would one blade broke off of fan in freezer department cause my problem it will only cool to 44 in fridge. I can feel just a little bit of air coming out of vents from freezer to fridge . Or is there anything else i can check, thanks
For model number Er2chmxpl02
Hi Carl,
Thank you for your question. It could be the cause. If the fan blades are broken then you would probably need to replace the part. The only other thing that I could think of would be your electronic board causing the issue. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
