I was having trouble getting a repair person out to look at my 13 y/o LG refrigerator. I finally got Sears out and they told me that they couldn't get the part, that the part wasn't being made anymore, and that I had to buy a new fridge. I went out the next day and ordered a new fridge. The delivery guys came and refused to install it, so we sent it back. I was so angry that I did a quick search of the model number and was able to find the part on PartSelect. They overnighted it to me, and I was able to install it the next day in less than a half hour. I cancelled the new refrigerator order, and saved myself over $2000. Very happy!
