Does this part keep the dryer from turning on, not getting any power to control board.
For model number WED5100HW1
Hello George, Thank you for your inquiry. This is the motherboard of the appliance and coordinates the functions of the dryer. If your dryer is not starting, we would recommend checking the thermal fuse (which trips and keeps the dryer from starting if it has overheated), the high limit thermostat and thermal cut off kit, and the internal bias thermostat. We also recommend checking the wiring for any visible damage. Good luck with your repair.

First, try resetting the dryer by turning the power off for a few minutes and then turning it back on. Dryer will get stuck in sensing mode before starting and will also stop drying but the screen says it’s still drying
