I received the replacement door latch for this microwave.I would like some guidance on how to change it.
For model number PEB9159sj2ss
Hi Rick,
1. take off the inside cover of the door using a putty knife, make sure you do this slowly as to not damage any other components.
2. Remove the old door latch and install the new one.
3. Reinstall the cover.

Will parts PS12342114 and PS3486543 fix door not opening problem for ZEB1227SL3SS microwave or does it need another small piece? Hopefully I will not need the whole control panel.

Hello Joe, thank you for your question! If the door is not opening, this is probably because of the broken latch board, part number PS3486543. You may only need to replace the board latch. We hope this helps.
