Does this kit come with entire recoil starter assembly

I have a gas, craftsman string trimmer. A clutch assembly spring streched and the assembly came apart and melted / destroyed the starter housing. I need the starter housing and clutch assembly but do not know the correct part numbers. Not readable on sticker tag.
