How do i install this part in my appliance?
For model number WFW83ooSW01
Hello Donald, thank you for your question. First remove power from the unit. Open the door and locate the baffle. If the baffle is still attached into the tub reach to the back of the baffle and pull forward until it snaps free from the locking tabs that hold it to the drum. If the mounting tabs are bent the will need to be bent back into place, but raised slightly above the drum. The locking tabs have to connect into the baffle. The new baffle will have to be aligned so the small locking tabs on the baffle are towards the front. Once its in place and its sitting flat on the drum slide the baffle to the back and lock it into place. If the baffle can be moved or removed easily the locking tabs will have to be raised a bit more. Good luck with your repair!
