Does control panel # part number wp3385744 come with all electronic pieces or are the sold separately?

Does this part come with both the touchpad and control board?

Does the control panel come with the door handle and latch assembly as well? Or is this just the panel itself?

I replaced the control panel & now the door doesn't latch closed.
