Spring on Articulating mullion was broke causing manual shutting of door.
Literally took the two Phillips head screws out of the middle hinge, disconnect the wire, slide old one off. Plug in new plug, slide new one on replace screws. Less than 5 minutes.

Articulating Mullion not fitting in slot, have to pull it out by hand
For model number GNE25JMKESBFEA
Hi Wayne, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the spring of this mullion assembly is causing the issue. Unfortunately, the spring does not come separately; you need to replace the entire mullion assembly, part number PS11736996, to fix the issue. We hope this helps! If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Thanks again for your great question.

The left door of my refrigerator has spring that allows the left door to close tightly to the right door. The spring came off and now the left door panel catches and won't close without manually tucking in the movable panel that fits next to the right door. I do not see the spring on your parts list or how I would replace this?
Thank you.
For model number GNE27JSMAFSS
Hello Kim, Thank you for your inquiry. Researching the model number that you have provided, the spring is only available as part of the mullion assembly, part# PS11736996. We hope this help and good luck with your repair.

My spring for the Articulating Mullion broke causing me to manually tuck the assembly in to shut the door properly. I am ordering a new mullion as I noted that previous post state that just the spring is not available. Is the mullion held in position by the two screws on the middle hinge Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Todd, thank you for reaching out. The articulating mullion assembly is held in position by the fastener handle assembly, part number PS16619453. To install this assembly, you need to use 2 fasteners. We hope this helps!
There's a small screw that is on the left hand door of my refrigerator. I think the screw goes on part# WR17X25027. The screw is broken and I need a replacement. I can put it on myself but can't find it to order it. I can't enlarge the diagram enough to be able to read it. The door is not shutting properly because the spring being broken means that part doesn't open and close the way it should. I'm hoping you can help me.

I have been having issues with the mullion heater collecting a lot of moister. So much so that it drips onto the freezer door. I replaced the mullion but the issue still persists. Does this mean there is an issue with the control board or maybe a humidity sensor? I am just unsure what controls this heater on this model.
