Bottom of handle is loose need to tighten or replace. How do I get it off

Hi Dawn, Thank you for your question. The handle is held on with fasteners. You have to push the handle to tighten on the door. If this does not work, then push the handle upwards to remove from the door and you can tighten the fasteners. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

The freezer handle does not stay on. I place it on both door mount (left and right) then I slide it to the right. I only hear a click on the left mounting but not on the right. Do I need a mounting bracket only? Or does the handle and 2 mounts need replacing?

Do you sell just the end part to the door handle that screws onto the handle then slide onto the plastic mount attached to the door
