Ice production is not consistent. After producing ice for a few days or weeks, ice production stops and the ice bin melts to zero ice. If I turn off the machine for a few days or sometimes weeks, ice production begins again. Sometimes, turning off for only a few days does not fix the problem and I have to leave it off for a few weeks. It might continue operational for a few days or weeks and then I have to go through the procedure above to get more ice.

It manages the functions of the ice maker such as freezing and slicing the slab of ice, and dropping cubes into the ice container. We hope this helps!
