Why does my washer stop at the rinse and spin mode?
For model number 79641472210
Hi Stephen,
Thank you for your question. The issue may be the electronic control board. If the cycle you are using is one that you use regularily, Try a different cycle and see if it will complete it. If it does complete the cycle, then the issue is the board and it will need to be replaced. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

The washing machine won't spin at all when you start it no matter the cycle. It just makes a noise. When i put it on pause it will unlock when it never did that before.

Hi Stephan, thank you for your question. There are a number of parts that could cause the issue. You should first check your lid switch. If that part is malfunctioning basically what is happening is that the machine thinks the lid is open and so it will not continue to the spin cycle. If that is not the part then you might have to look into your rotor or control board actually being the issue. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

My washer will pump out on the wash cycle, but not on the rinse cycle. I have tried different settings with the same results. I think it is the control board. Could it be something else?

Hello ted, Thank you for the question. With the pump working at other times and just not during the rinse I woudl agree the Control Board PartSelect Number PS7792945 could be defective. Hope this helps!
My washer will not power on every time. I have to unplug it, and plug it back in to get it to power on. Will this part fix that?
For model number 79641472210
Hello Jim, thank you for writing. Since the issue must be electrical, it would either be the Control panel part PS7788562 or the Power Control Board part PS7792945. You would have to test them to see which one is the issue. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.
