Will not dispense drinking water.

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your question. If the refrigerator is not dispensing water, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the water filter, the water inlet valve, the dispenser lever and the micro-switch. You will need to test the electrical parts with a multi-meter. Sounds like the fan in the refrigerator section is making noise when you open the refrigerator door it stops

Hello Charles, Thank you for the question. If the noise is coming from the fan at the bottom back by the compressor, you will need to check or replace the Condenser Fan, PartSelect Number PS4170264. We hope this helps!
Removed handles on Refrigerator and Freezer Door by forcing handles up by pushing in and lifting them up. Unscrewed Phillips screws holding handle mounts to the handles. Placed handle assemblies over the door mounts and slid them down to lock in place.
Barely losened the two rear screws. Took out the two front screws and the ice maker slides toward front of fridge off the 2 rear screws. Unhooked the wiring plug. Replaced with new ice maker.
Using the putty knife, pry off the faceplate for the ice/water dispenser. Disconnect the wire harness. Using philips head screwdriver, remove the dispenser assembly. Remove the old dispenser and replace. Reverse for reassembly. Note * I should have bought the water dispenser lever and replaced it as well since I had the assembly out.
