The oven comes on but doesn't heat up.You can see burner come on but won't get hot. There is a incon on display with little box with squiggly lines on it

Hello Robert, thank you for your inquiry. We have researched and found that the icon you mentioned appearing on the display means the oven can now be controlled remotely with a connected device. Opening the oven door or pressing smart control will delete it from the display and prevent most of the remote functions from operating, also when oven cooking is finished or cancelled, this icon is removed from the display. In order to solve the issue regarding heating, we would recommend replacing the valve regulator, part number PS16227894. We hope that helps!
