How do i open the control panel to replace the power cord? I've tried the putty knife and spatula method but because the side is slanted, i can't get it to open. Is there another method?
For model number WTW7040DW0
Hello Jen, thank you for your question. First unplug the power to the unit and remove the water supply tubes. There are two covers on either side of the back panel that can be removed. Once those caps are removed the small back panel that covers the back portion of the control board and panel can be removed and the power cord can be accessed. I hope this helps.
