The control knob on the right hand side of my washer broke off along with half of the metal prong it attaches to. Can you tell me what parts i need. Thank you.

Hello Wendy,Thank you for contacting us. I have researched the model you have provided and have found the part you’re looking for is Part Number: PS1482290 for the control knob and Part Number: PS1482361 for the control knob skirt. The prong is attached to the timer switch so the full switch will need to be replaced, Part Number: PS11701146. Good luck with the repair!

Is there a video or diagram on how to reassemble the timer after you open it. All the parts fell out before i got a good look on how it should be assembled.
For model number GLWN2800D2WS
Hello Fredrick, Thank you for the question. Very sorry but we do not sell the parts to the diagram and do not recommend taking it apart to repair. We only have information on installing the parts onto the appliance. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

The washer will often leave water in the tub after a completed cycle. In the past, resetting to drain and spin has completed the cycle. I ordered a timer, not yet installed. However, today the reset drain and spin is not working. It is spinning, very slowly, not enough to empty the tub. Thoughts?

Hi Bill, thank you for contacting us. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend you check the drain pump, part number PS3654194. It expels water from your washing machine during the draining cycle. We hope this solves your problem!
My washer is not spinning out after the wash and rinse, it just drains then fills up with water, but it does spin for the final spin. Help it is driving me nuts.

I changed the timer unit but it will not count down and go through the rest of the cycles. It does not draw water in the water cycle on the faceboard, and it is not lining up and going through the normal cycles. Can you help?
Hello Albert,
Thanks for your question. You may wish to use a multimeter to test the lid switch, water level control, drain pump, and water inlet valve for electrical continuity. Replace any that do not show continuity. Examine the timer knob as well for any signs of wear and tear. The specific part numbers for each of these will depend on your washer's model number.
I hope this helps.
