Easy Repair - Solved Issue
Part took 1 week to arrive - but solved the issue and was very easy to install. Will definitely go to Part Select for future appliance part questions and issues. Will definitely order from Part Select again.

Easy repair. Fixed quick.
The part came within 2 days. Once I had the part it took about 30 minutes to take everything apart, put the new part on and put everything back together. Just an fyi for anyone looking for parts. I checked several websites and PartSelect was the only one that offered the complete part at a very reasonable price. I bought the Control Knob that goes with the pressure switch. All other site wanted me to purchase the control knob and the sleeve inside the knob separately. PartSelect sells the knob and sleeve as one unit. If I need parts for my washer or dryer, I will continue to buy from PartSelect. Thank you for having a great selection of parts and having great pricing.

Easy repair
This was an easy off/on, but unfortunately it did not solve the problem and I have ordered another part.

Broken knob and load level pressure switch
Unplug the washer Remove the three 1/4” screws at the top back of the control panel. Pull the control panel toward the front slightly and shift it to the right to unlock the three plastic tabs located at the bottom of the control panel. Lay the control panel forward on the lid. Disconnect all three wires and the small
... Read more hose attached to the switch The pressure switch is simply locked in place by the metal tab that is now facing you. Use a flat blade screwdriver to pry up on that tab while applying some CCW pressure to the switch, and it will pop out of its holder. Reverse all these steps to put everything back.

Hi
I am wondering what other parts I would need for this pressure switch installation? I assume I need a knob but not sure what else? Thank you
For model number HSWP1000M4WW
Hello Carolyn, Thank you for the question. Other then the knob, Part Number: PS1482289 you may also need the Water Pressure Switch Hose, PartSelect Number PS272183. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!
Hi Jerry, thank you for reaching out. If the dryer does not perform a rinse cycle, the issue is most probably related to the control board, part number PS16874148. We hope this sorts out your problem!
