I paid extra for expedited delivery, but I guess what was not clear was that the part was back-ordered and the promised of fast delivery is only after the part is received from the manufacturer. Which makes sense, but they should make it more clear when they offer to send it within 2-3 days. Otherwise, PartSelect people can be easily reached by phone and are helpful in giving updates.
