Hi, my Whirlpool commercial washer spins and drains, but does not agitate in wash mode. Is it likely that i will need shift actuator? When calibration test done the machine did agitate in test mode but when actual wash mode does not agitate .Thank you. look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi commercial top loader , Machine is not spinning , but making a grinding noise , would this be the actuator?

Maytag washing machine goes into fail state after noise in drain cycle. How can we test the shift actuator to see if that is actually the issue? The noise is a woop woop woop. Then just stops and lid light blinks red.

The washing machine does everything through whole cycle except the final spin. It drains then goes to done.
