The light switch terminal is used in refrigerators and freezers to allow you to see inside your appliance by turning on when the fridge door is open and turning off when the door is closed. This part is 1.12 inches in length, 1 inches in width, and 1.75 inches in height. It weighs 0.026 pounds. If your light switch terminal is damaged or the light does not turn on when fridge door is open, replacing the light switch terminal can fix the problem. As a safety precaution, remember to unplug your fridge from the power source before beginning this installation. Refer to the manual provided by the manufacturer for further installation instructions and a detailed guide.

Freezer compartment lights not working. I know there's power to the switch. I know that the led lights are good and work. I have a new switch on order. If replacing the switch doesn't solve the problem, where do i look next? Is the next step to replace a circuit board. If so, where is it located and what is the part number?
For model number jsc23c9eem00
Hi Michael, thank you for your question. I would suggest looking at your lights themselves if the switch is not the issue. I have linked that part below for you. If that part is fine then I would go on to take a look at control board being the issue. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
