, microwave fixes itself
The microwave tray started working on its own 2 weeks before the part arrived. The part was late, but with Xmas & Covid a late delivery is excusable

There is a grinding sound as the turntable moves. What part should i purchase?
For model number JEM3072SH1SS
Hello Rita, Thank you for your inquiry. Check the wheels on the ring first to make sure none of them are faulty-the best way to do this is to take the tray and ring out and turning it on a flat surface and rotating it to see if it makes any noise. If it doesn't, test the turntable motor. Hope this helps!
