Our ice maker arm will not stay up and continually makes ice. Does not stop - We think the spring? that the arm connects to is gone - What part do we need to replace if the arm does not work

Is this the spring that closes the ice shoot after ice is received on the door of the fridge? My shoot sometimes stays open which leads to ice balling up in the maker. Thanks
