Ice dispenser part, simple trouble free instal
My auger on my ice dispenser was dragging the bottom and making a terrible noise, I replaced the end housing, purchased from Parts Select, it fit perfectly, and the install was (easy). Original part cracked allowing crushing fingers to grab plastic guide jamming it.
Part attaches to metal plate near crushing fingers which attaches to ice holding bin. Remove about 6 screws total on each side of plate. You must disassemble the auger & other parts so you can reassemble it in the proper order. Not many parts but i always take pics to cut down on time. New part is at the other end of the auger and acts as the holde of the auger shaft. Picture a crankshaft with a bearing on each end so the auger rotates between new part and the other end of auger shaft. That's it.

ice bucket and auger assembly did not work
Found your web site and bought a couple of replacement parts from you guys and reaaembled unit. Its now working. Only issue I had was in the reassembly of the auger unit, wasn't quite sure of the blades etc. and the proper order Saw the sketch on your site and figured it out from that. Will visit you guys again when I need a part. Good delivery and timely. Thanks and regards Gil

Rusty and broken plastic parts
It was just a matter of replacing the broken parts, and reassembling the ice machine. Nothing too difficult.
