Hello Paul, Thank you for the question. This could be a defective Reed Switch, Magnet, Light Bulb or Socket. We suggest testing the Switch and Socket to check for continuity and try replacing the bulb or magnet if they are worn or damaged. We hope this helps!
Hello Ron, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model and it could be an issue with the defrost thermostat, the defrost heater, the evaporator fan, or the door gasket is not sealing properly. Check around the edges of the gasket with the door closed using a thin card for any gaps, and you can test the other parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

My freezer works but sometimes it doesn’t freeze and some times it does. It beeps a lot, it will freeze for a week and then stop freezing and thaw stuff out and then freeze again. I thought it was the magnet connection. Was going to buy a new magnet from you but not sure if it is the switch reed. Thank you
