I just purchased this microwave brand new from percy in worcester massachusetts and the wave guide shield cover is ripped how can i get a new one i ordered a 2 pack from amazon and it was the wrong one.

Cover needs replacing
You have to be very careful because the wave guide cover is very brittle. It needs to be bent very gently in order to fit the four ends into each slot. I would highly recommend buying two just in case the first one breaks.

Thin silver piece of cardboard to deflect microwaves...
It must work because brand new microwave wasn’t working until we replaced it.
