Hi John, thank you for the question. To replace the turntable motor, you need to remove the bottom panel screws using the screw driver first. Disconnect the LED wire connector to fully release the panel. Disconnect the turntable wire connector. Unthread the mounting screws to release the old motor. Install the new motor by aligning the shaft so that it inserts into the turntable coupler and threading the mounting screws. Complete the remaining process by following the same steps backward. The outside door handle came loose from the lower mounting screw. I looked at the door assembly on line and popped off the inside door trim plate. then removed the four retaining screws from the inside plate around the glass. But nothing moves from there. I need to get to that door mounting screw under the inside plate. How does that plate release? What am i missing ?

On the inside of my microwave door is an adhesive shield (perforated) that is coming off the glass on the door can i take it off or does it need replaced ? If so where can i get a new piece?

Remove vent cover then remove touch screen control panel. When you remove control panel take photo of where everything is plugged in then unplug and remove control panel. 3 door switches located next to door in a plastic chassis. Test each switch with current tester. Remove the bad switch and replace with the new one. You tube DIY helped.
