The Water filter housing with access door, black is part number W10862460 and the Water filter housing with access door, gray is part number W10862461 and white is W10862456. Unfortunately, the door is not sold separately. The whole housing would have to be ordered to get the replacement door. Good luck with your repair!

It would be inserted into the refrigerator horizontally with the head where the water tubes are inserted pointed towards the left side as you are facing the refrigerator. The housing directs water to the filter through its inlet nozzle and supplies clean water to the ice maker and dispenser through its outlet nozzle.
