Shipped fairly quickly, but not as described in photo!
The fixed cross-brace on the element was in the wrong location for our range, even though we ordered using the correct Jenn Air model number. We had to bend it in order to make it work (not wanting to wait another couple of weeks to get another element!) and were successful in rigging it to fit. The oven works and all is well, but very disappointed that we had to spend time altering the part. Especially after I found another one online for about $10 less!

Top element was burned out
I removed three screws, pulled the element out from the rear wall, unplugged the electrical connections, reversed these steps in installing the new element. "A Piece Of Cake!"

The broil element quit working
First I removed the four torx screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires. Then I installed the new element in reverse order. Recycled the cardboard box and the old element.
