Water will not drain
For model number Atw4475xq0
Hello Mike, thank you for contacting us. Please check the drain hose, part number PS11749880, and ensure that it is not kinked or clogged. Also, investigate the water pump, part number PS11752069, and make sure it is working. It removes water from the washer during the drain portion of the cycle. Hi Will, thank you for getting in touch. We would recommend checking the drain hose first. If it is fine, the issue is most probably with the drain pump, part number PS11752069. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!
