Water supply tube rotted out.
First step was done BEFORE I received the parts. I had to squeeze the clips at the face of the drawer slides, then slide them up through their slot. This allows the top rack to slide free for removal. Flip the rack upside down for access to the single holding screw. Screw off and remove all parts, note their sequence. You phone people can take pictures! When I got the parts in the mail, it took all of ten minutes to run through this procedure. The dry run sure helped, and I hope this helps you. One part WAS different from the original but was easily figured out. The keeper part was split instead of a pass thru. Pry it carefully open and slide the tube in place. Piece of cake! A lot of new parts for the $, well worth it. Works like new! Enjoy, glad to help. Mike

UNABLE TO OPEN DISHWASHER DOOR! Door handle broken
Shut off circuit breaker to dishwasher (DW). Using a 1/4" nut-driver, remove the base kick-panels and DW front panel and foam insulation block. Then, using a small flashlight and mirror (or you can lie on your back and look up), move the broken door handle aside enough to see a pathway straight up into the front of the machine, centered in the latch opening. You'll see a rectangular shape, a little bigger than 1" in size up there (mine was grey). Then, slide a 8"+ long thin screwdriver (3/16" tip, or less) up until it contacts the "square" and gently push upward. If you hit the right thing, you'll feel it flex (if it doesn't flex, keep probing). Keep pressing up and it will unlatch the door. It's a little challenging, but worth the effort. There is no other way to unlatch the door. After the dishwasher is opened, then you can remove the top panel using the #11 Torx driver (4 screws). You'll need to then unplug the "ribbon" and 2-wire connectors to the control panel so that you can work on that panel which holds the handle ass'y. You can remove the broken latch and reinstall the front and continue to use the dishwasher (turn 'breaker back on) while you wait for your parts to arrive promptly from "PS". There are no electrical hazards in that area to get touched. You'll just need to use that screwdriver to open it each time. YOU CAN DO IT!

Dishwasher quit working one day. No warning of any other problem.
First thought it was the latch with associated switch. However it turned out the front cover of the dishwasher with the plastic attachment pods were all broken preventing the latch switch from properly being held in place and preventing its function. Installed a new cover ($70.) and the machine works like new again. A cautious note: Never grab the front cover to move the dish washer this will break the attachment pods and prevent the latch switch from working properly.

Started making loud noises during wash cycle
After reviewing the troubleshooting tips for this model I ordered in the Wash Arm bearing ring and the spray arm seal. The old ones I removed didn't appear broken, but when I replaced them all the noises went away. Simple (couldn't be simpler) inexpensive (about $10.00) repair.

The part was not completely compatible with my dishwasher
The part that was supplied was not completely compatible with my dishwasher even though the model number entered was correct and even verified by telephone. I watched the Youtube video provided and the assembly arm did not attach the way it was shown on the video. I had to combine some original parts of the dishwasher with some of the parts purchased to make this work which took a lot of extra time and addn tools. I feel the instructions/part were not as advertised.

Dishes did not dry
After attempting to change the "high limit switch" to no avail, I researched further and found that doing a reset/reboot cured the problem. The instructions for the high limit thermostat were a bit off, as there was no screw to remove, only a spring like bracket that I did not try to figure out. The work area is so tight if the dishwasher is not removed and tilted that I thought it best to look for alternatives prior to pulling it out and disconnecting power and water. So ... voila, it's fixed with a reset only. Reset is accomplished by pushing two buttons 5 times. "high Temp Scrub then Heat Dry, high temp scrub then heat dry etc, until you click them both 5 times. It will go through cycles for a few minutes, then after done, run the dishwasher as normal and test if fixed. There are a few different ways to do it depending on the model.
