Upper nozzle "spinner" had degraded to the point where it no longer worked
The only difficult part was taking out (relatively easy) and returning (hard) the clips from the rails. This required bending the end of the metal rails with pliers. Otherwise the dishrack just rolled in with no issues.
The spinner is somewhat lower than the one it is replacing, making the clearance over items in the lower rack

The coating on the upper rack had rust coming through.
Removed the plugs in the slides, removed the rack, slid the new rack in and replaced the plugs.

Rusting dishrack.
Removed old and replaced with new. However, my records show that I ordered the bottom rack and spray arm kit. Part Select sent the top rack with the spray arm attached. Rather than returning the parts, i used the top rack and put the spray arm kit into my household inventory. I may try again later for the lower rack.
Did not have to do any repair, the parts for the dishwasher come with all the necessary parts and no tools were necessary. the wheels were snapped into place for the lower rack and the upper rack should needed to be place in the sliders. The Middle arm holder is not necessary as it comes standard.
replacement old rusted racks and other broken parts
justed snaped the old bottom rack wheel off installed new that came with the rack .Same with the top and other parts. Your service was great, even with back ordered parts, and delivery was timely after you received backorder. Very Pleased and will use your service again. Thank You.
Assembled the lower dishrack as per the instructions provided and installed in the dishwasher. The upper rack came with some spare parts but no instructions and I could not figure out what they were for or where they went so they remained just that, spare parts.
Prongs on Upper and Lower Dish racks were rusted and broken.
I ordered the upper and lower rack replacements PLUS additional wheels and other attachments because I could not tell from the schematic on the website whether or not the smaller pieces came with the rack.

What color is the upper rack?
For model number GU940SCGQ2
Hi Marie, Thank you for the question. This rack comes with the middle wash arm and tube. It is white and measures about 23 inches wide by 7 inches high by 21 inches deep. The wash arm is about 20 inches in diameter. Hope this helps!
