Hi, on the bottom of the grill grate there are rubber feet. They seem to not only be keep it from scratching the stove top, but since one has broken, my grate is now off balance. Which makes cooking a challenge. Anyway to replace just the little rubber pieces? Thanks

The oven doesn’t turn on and the touchscreen doesn’t light up. What could be the cause of this? The stovetop burners are working fine. Please help i use the oven almost every day.

Thank you for your question. If the touch screen is not lighting up, you may have to replace the electronic control board. You should test the electronic control board with a multimeter to check the continuity. Also check the oven sensor and the wiring between the electronic control board and sensor to see if there is an issue with these parts as well. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
