Does this include the flex shaft inside?

I have this Bolens BL 110 trimmer and the trim head no longer spins. Wen I removed the shaft and clutch housing the flexible shaft appears complete. However, it looks the the trimmer head end is no longer engaging with the trimmer end. I see it has a compressed hex end. Do I need to replace the entire shaft?

Hi Ron, thank you for the question. Based on our research, you may need to check the trimmer head first. If it is not loose or locked, then you may need to replace the clutch assembly, part number PS10009583. It attaches to the crankshaft and engages to spin the flex shaft and cutting head.
