When we open the door, it just wants to fall to the floor, like there is nothing holding it back, what do i have to do to have the door work to like new again. Thank you

Hello Bill, thank you for your question. If the door is falling to the floor as soon as you open it and has no tension on it anymore you will want to replace the door cables ( Door Cable Part Number: PS7320283). There is one cable on each side of the unit. You might want to order and replace the door springs as well (SPRING DOOR Part Number: PS8768365). There is one spring on either side of the unit as well.
