PartsSelect substituted the part and it will not work
The repair person could not complete the job as the part sent is totally wrong for the appliance. The company has not responded to me email sent 12/30/23 and there is no way to leave a voice mail or ask for a call back, due to large call volume. A live representative does not answer the phone.

Three of the cook top surface units not work help please
For model number LRE3025ST
Hello Daniel, thank you for your question. The most likely issue is the control board that runs the burners which is part number EBR64624906. If this is replaced and doesn't fix the issue the main board would be the next part to replace. I hope this helps!

The left dual heating coil comes on but doesn't stay on... it is supposed to come on and go off ,but it gets to where in doesn't come back on... will not stay hit enough to cook on
