Do i need a new control panel, if the washer machine doesn't wash or spin?

Hello Natalie, thank you for inquiring. For the symptom you describe you will want to consider either the Drive Belt part PS9493093 or the Transmission Pulley part PS3496872 for your model. Replacing the Control Panel will not likely fix it. We hope this helps.

Thank you for your question. Here is a link to one of our YouTube videos that you may reference for information on how to remove and install the front panel on a washer. The washer in the video may not be the same as yours and the part being installed is a tub bearing, but it will give you a general idea on how to remove and install the part. We hope this helps!
