Small amount of water leaked on the floor near front right corner of machine. Fely around the washer door transition ring and it appears to have a small 1/4-inch round hole in it at about 1 O'clock position. Is there supposed to be a hole in it? I suspect not.

Hi Bruce, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our research, the door transition ring does come with holes in it at about 1 o'clock, 6 o'clock, and 10 o'clock positions. If there is a leakage problem in your washer, you may need to check the door boot seal, part number PS10057189, as it is the most likely cause of this issue and may need to be replaced. We hope this information helps!
