The freezer door has started not closing tight. I have made sure nothing inside is blocking the door and nothing heavy on the door. When closing the fridge door sometimes it pops the freezer door open about an 1/8" to 1/4". It's like the magnets in the door seal have become weaker. I have cleaned the seals and the frame of the fridge. Suggestions?

Hello Mark, thank you for writing. I would first check to be sure the doors are sitting right. There are plastic pieces at the bottom of both doors that work together to make sure the door closes and remains that way. Those are the closing cam and the closing lever. If these are in good condition, I would suggest replacing the gaskets, as they can become less effective at keeping the door closed over time. I hope this helps!

My door won’t close tightly, but as i look at your lower hinge, it looked different than mine

Hello Dan, thank you for your question. The freezer bottom door hinge is Part #: PS290332 and the cam that is mounted to the bottom of the freezer door is Part #: PS285191. There is also a thimble part number Part #: PS283667 that works with this unit to open and close the freezer door. The parts may look a bit different, but they are the correct, compatible replacement parts for that specific model. I hope this helps!
