The freezer won't maintain temperature. It cools down to -4 then warms up to 30°+ then cools down again. Replaced motherboard and sensor still does the same thing. What could cause this?

Hello Steve, thank you for your question. Check the Temperature Sensor PS1765215. This sensor works with the electronic control board within your refrigerator to control the temperature by turning the compressor on or off. The Control Board PS10066195 manages functions of the refrigerator such as cooling and defrost times. We hope this helps.

On this model, we get water running freely at the line at the bottom of the door, but it won't dispense from the dispenser. What can be wrong?
