RH door hinge came off
Turn off water and disconnect water line. Pull dishwasher out as far as possible. loosen both door hinges, with a helper holding the door at an angle. Disconnect connecting wire between hinges. Remove and replace left door hinge. Then remove and replace the right hinge. Reconnect every thing, turn on water.

We have lost all tension in the door “springs” holding the door in position. Are the door hinges W11573702/03 likely to be the problem. Is it likely both would need replacing?

The Spring on our KitchenAid dishwasher broke. Do we need to replace it with HINGE-DOOR W11573702 or HINGE-DOOR W11573701? Looks like you don't sell just the Spring.
