I had asked about the coils freezing up and you suggested a defrost part, I blew dried the frozen coils clean and plugged the Side By Side in and it has been working great for the last 2 weeks, like it should, well now the refrigerator side is slowing getting warmer and it stays at 55 Degrees now in stead of the 35-40 the Freezer side is a steady zero degrees, I saw your post on a new thermostat on the Refrigerator Side but I cant find how to get to it? and how do I get to the Central MotherBoard on this model?

Hello Ron, Thank you for writing. The Refrigerator Temperature Sensor would be located behind a grille. We have linked a How to Video for the Temperature Sensor. The Control Board can be accessed from the back of the appliance. It would be located down by the Compressor. We hope this helps!

New to me refrigerator, plugged in all great for 7 days then the fridge side started to get warmer, and then i noticed the ice melting in the ice bin and that the coils in the freezer side were all frozen up, I had been playing with the temperature on both the freezer and fridge side, Do you think it is the Defrost control board or the refrigerator temperature sensor?

The unit won’t stop running, can’t control the temp and everything in the fridge freezes. Then it freezes the condenser and slowly warms up. Could it be the control panel

Hello, I changed out the thermistor and it did not solve the problem. The unit continues to run and will not shut off. Freezes everything in the fridge. You can put the setting on low and it still won’t shut off, just runs continuously
