Our washer agitates but won't go into the final spin. Will replacing the control board fix this issue?
For model number GLTF2940FEO
Hi Dusty,
Thank you for your question. If the washer is not spinning, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the door lock and latch and switch assembly, the shock absorbers, the drain pump, the belt, the motor control board and the electronic control board. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Will not spin on any wash settings.
For model number GLTF2940ES3
Hi Guy. If your washer fills with water but doesn't agitate, the problem is likely to be a faulty lid switch, a broken belt, or a problem with the motor. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.
Hi, long story short, I changed my door lock assembly because my washer wouldn’t spin, both the new and old assembly’s are making a buzzing sound. The door locks and the pause an timer flashing. What’s causing this problem?
For model number ATF6000FS1
Hi Larry, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the door lock assembly might be loose which could cause it to make a buzzing sound. We would recommend you check the parts connected to the lock assembly. The most related part of this issue is the door strike, part number PS890617.
