My washer doesn't spin. On th final spin it does 3 turns on each side and that's it. It never spin fast. there's 6 min left on the timer and everything shut down. I don't know know wich part to change, can you help me?

Hi Line, Thank you for your question. If the washer is not spinning as it should, the door lock may be malfunctioning and it will need to be replaced. Before removing and checking the door lock, unplug the washer from the electrical outlet. Clean the area around the door lock for any films that may have developed because of soap and fabric softener residues. If this does not resolve the issue, inspect the door lock for signs of wear, damage, or cracking. If is shows any of these signs, you will need to replace the door lock. We hope this helps!
