Hi Alvin, thank you for reaching out. We believe your washer is having this problem because of the faulty coin slide interface, part number PS11755596. It communicates signals between the coil slide and the main control board. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!

Does this part control the cycles in a whirlpool washer such as the spin cycle?
