My machine makes a loud of noise when it is spinning. Is this normal? It has done for a long time ( two years ) and nothing has broken yet. The machine had a previous owner. It was in the house when i bought it. Thanks for your answer.
For model number WFW9750WW01

Hi Manuel,
Thank you for your inquiry. There are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the drain pump, the drive belt, the drum drive pulley, the tub gasket, the shock absorbers, the springs, the driver motor and the dispenser actuator switch. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I ordered belt it does measured as size of 48.22 inches. But it is too short for mount at poly wheel. I don't believe it can possible to expend to 53". I don't know how can solve this problem. Ansheng liu
For model number GHW9100LW

Hi Ansheng, it should expand to stretch to 51.53 inches when installed. If it is not expanding to this size there may be a problem with the part. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!

Washer made loud banging noise during spin cycle
I first removed the back panel held on by about 10 screws. I removed the drive belt from the pulley, then removed the lock nut securing the pulley to the drum & removed the pulley. Attached the new pulley to the drum, tightened on the lock nut, attached the new belt & ran a spin cycle. When that went OK I replaced the back panel & the washer was back in service.

would not spin of agitate
I first had to take off the back and the top to get to the pulley and the belt. The pulley had woobled so much that it had worn out the center nad it would no longer hold to the post in the tub. It also had cut into the back of the tub about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch. I unscrewed the nut holding the pulley and removed it. I then took a knife and trimmed the rough edges off the back of the tub to make it smooth. I then smoothed out the end of the post that the pulley fits on so the new pulley would fit. I tightned the nut and put the belt on the motor drive shaft and Used a robo grip to hold the belt as I turned it onto the pulley. I but the back and top back on and that was it.

Repair was straight forward. Belt broke in a few weeks
Dealing with this company was easy and the belt came in a reasonable time. However, the belt actually just broke in half 2 days ago just a few weeks after installing it. The original belt made it 13 years and had simply slipped off, it did not break. I bought the new belt as I figured the old belt may have stretched out that cause it to slip. I now have reinstalled the old belt to get by until I figure out what to do about the broken belt.

Belt was big enough.
It took some time and first buying a belt too small, but then I found this larger belt. It took about 30 minutes to get it put on, but it worked! Very happy! T.O.

Hard to put on....an easy way to do it.
Exactly the right belt the first time. The belt seemed to small to fit on the first try. But I use a clamp (vice grip pliers) to hold the belt from slipping on the drum pulley and then turned the drum pulley until the belt was fully on the pulley.

Watch you fingers
Excellent belt. Was amazed at how stretched out the old belt was. New belt is working great! But...watch your fingers when putting it on! Lol It's easy to get your fingers pinched when installing it.
