I have a Crosley dryer CEDC392PQ1 that does not dry. It gets warm but takes forever to dry. Sound like the heating element? How do I replace? Thanks, Bill
For model number CEDC392PQ1
Hello William, Thank you for the question. Normally this can indicate a Air Flow issues. We suggest opening the cabinet and cleaning out any lint build up. Also clean out the Duct where the filter fits into and the Hose leading to the Outside Vent. If everything is clear, we suggest testing the Cycling Thermostat on the Air Duct/ Blower Housing and the Thermostat on the Element. If they test to be good, the Element may need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
